By accessing and purchasing services from Curated & Regulated, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Service Scope
    Curated & Regulated provides regulatory guidance and support for skincare, haircare, and wellness brands. We do not offer legal advice or file regulatory documents on behalf of clients. All services are informational and educational in nature.

  2. Consulting Deliverables
    Clients will receive PDF reports or email summaries outlining label corrections, ingredient red flags, or claims adjustments. It is the client’s responsibility to implement these changes and seek legal or regulatory filing support where necessary.

  3. Turnaround Times
    Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days, depending on the service tier. Expedited review may be available for an additional fee. Turnaround begins upon confirmed receipt of all required intake materials.

  4. Cancellations & Refunds
    Refunds will only be issued if the service has not yet begun. Once intake is received and review begins, the service is considered rendered. No refunds will be given for completed or partially completed work.

  5. Ownership of Content
    All materials, templates, and tools provided remain the intellectual property of Curated & Regulated. Clients may use reports internally but may not resell or redistribute materials.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    Curated & Regulated is not liable for product rejections, recalls, or regulatory enforcement resulting from failure to follow guidance, inaccurate submissions, or misrepresentation by the client.
