Once your products are reviewed and compliant, if appointed, we act as your Canadian agent — filing CNFs, maintaining records, and handling all regulatory communications on your behalf.

Required by Health Canada for certain sales models.

If you sell direct-to-consumer (DTC) in Canada or clear customs yourself without a Canadian importer, Health Canada requires you to have a Canadian-based contact to:

  • Assist with CNF Submit Submissions,

  • Respond to compliance inquiries,

  • Coordinate recalls or urgent safety issues.

Without a Canadian agent, your shipments may be delayed, rejected, or even recalled.

Our Canadian Agent Service is specifically for:

  • Foreign brands selling direct-to-consumer via e-commerce or marketplaces.

  • Companies importing products themselves without a local distributor.

  • Businesses with multiple sales channels that need a single, consistent regulatory point of contact.

Note: If you work with a Canadian retailer or distributor who clears customs, they act as the importer and point of contact for those shipments — no agent needed for that channel.

How Our Agent Service Works

Step 1: Review First
Before we act as your Canadian agent, we must complete a full CNF Review & Market Readiness process for your products.

Step 2: File Accurately
Once your products are cleared, we handle the actual CNF filings with Health Canada using the verified data from your master file.

Step 3: Maintain Compliance
As your agent, we act as the ongoing point of contact for Health Canada. We maintain required records, respond to inquiries, and coordinate recalls or urgent issues if they arise.

To protect both your brand and our regulatory standing, we do not accept Agent Service clients who skip the review stage.
This guarantees that every CNF filed under our name is 100% accurate and fully compliant.
